My skill-building objective is to complement my architecture and design leadership skills with business administration and strategy leadership expertise. This will enhance my ability to lead design strategies at the IBM segment and portfolio level. It may also introduce ‘design-in-the-box’ to the strategy organization, fostering new ways for design to create impact and potentially shaping a new role for me personally.
